S Hotels & Resorts’ luxury retreat, Santiburi Koh Samui, celebrates the new season with an exciting 100 Miles Dining Programme available at its signature Sala Thai restaurant. This unique dining experience offers a five-course meal created using ingredients sourced from within a 100-mile radius of the resort.
The head chef picks the freshest produce from local markets and the resort’s organic garden to ensure authenticity and quality. This exclusive menu is priced at THB 2,900++ per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional THB 1,250++. Guests can also opt for a special room package starting from THB 8,850+++, which includes accommodation, daily breakfast for two, and the dining experience.
The programme not only supports local farmers and fishermen by sourcing wild-caught and naturally harvested ingredients but also highlights the coconut, an island staple sourced from Koh Phangan’s renowned farms.
In support of sustainability, S Hotels & Resorts’ Green Button initiative will plant a tree at Chiang Rai’s Singha Park for each 100 Miles Set Menu ordered. Expect a culinary journey featuring dishes like Hor Mok Talay, a coconut custard with Surat Thani seafood, and Samui Lobster Carpaccio among others.
The dining adventure is impeccably concluded with a Chocolate Coconut Parfait, celebrating the island’s most iconic fruit.
