Scoot Unveils 'What If?' Campaign to Reconnect Lives

Scoot's latest campaign invites reflection on past connections and promotes personal growth through poignant reunion stories.

Scoot’s Latest Initiative

Scoot, the budget airline linked to Singapore Airlines, recently launched the second iteration of its Scoot With Heart campaign, themed What If?. This initiative encourages people to consider past connections and seize opportunities for personal development.

Key Features of the Campaign

The campaign includes heartfelt reunion stories alongside a digital photo series emphasizing the importance of reconnecting with loved ones. Its centerpiece features two touching reunion films with Scoot staff:

  • One highlights Pilot Vanessa Khaw, who reunites with her family after receiving their heartfelt messages; Scoot arranged for her family to join her on a flight to Nanjing, fulfilling a cherished wish.
  • Another story features Asmidar Hamedon, a section manager at Scoot, who revisits her childhood in Pulau Ubin with her cousin Ismali, proving that it’s never too late to reconnect.

The campaign also showcases 20 individuals across Singapore sharing their personal ‘What If?’ experiences on message boards, ranging from a sister wishing to converse with her deceased brother to a woman hoping to visit her childhood helper in the Philippines.

Thoughts from Leadership

Agatha Yap, Director of Marketing, Communications & Loyalty at Scoot, shared, “What if is a question we all ponder at certain points in our lives. This year’s Scoot With Heart campaign aims to remind everyone that cherished connections can be revived.”

The goal of the campaign is to motivate communities to rekindle relationships, transforming ‘What If?’ moments into lasting memories.
