HBX Group Unveils Its 2025 ESG Report

The report outlines the company's decarbonisation strategy and emissions reduction targets for 2030.

HBX Group has officially released its 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, marking a crucial initiative in its dedication toward transparency and responsible governance.

The report, published on December 16, features disclosures that adhere to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) alongside the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), showcasing enhanced control and oversight mechanisms.

The 2025 report provides a comprehensive evaluation of HBX Group’s carbon emissions, totaling 1,486,482 tCO₂e, with nearly all emissions attributed to Scope 3 activities. This year will serve as the baseline for the company’s climate action strategy, as the group outlines its decarbonisation roadmap and targets for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, aiming to better understand and address its Scope 3 emissions footprint.

Governance Aspect

The report elaborates on how ESG criteria are being woven into long-term incentives and governance decision-making. The organization has applied an ISO 14001-certified Environmental Management System from its headquarters in Mallorca.

The report highlights a global workforce of 3,478 at HBX Group, exhibiting a 1.1% adjusted global gender pay gap, significantly lower than the average reported by IBEX 35 companies.

CEO Nicolas Huss remarked, “Our ESG Report reflects the real progress we are making in our sustainability strategy and the level of transparency we aim to offer our stakeholders.”

Looking ahead, HBX Group intends to expand its sustainable portfolio by 13% in the next three years, integrating sustainability further into its product offerings and services. The company remains committed to fostering a positive impact through initiatives such as Think Big and Guides for Good, reinforcing its pledge to sustainable and responsible growth.
