Pullman Hotels & Resorts has officially formed a culinary partnership with Nat Thaipun, the celebrated 2024 MasterChef Australia victor. Serving as the food and beverage ambassador in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, Thaipun will infuse her creative flair and cultural influences into numerous innovative dining experiences across the region.

Accor Pacific COO Adrian Williams noted, “Nat Thaipun brings an inspiring mix of creativity, authenticity, and modern flair… Her ability to draw from her Thai heritage aligns seamlessly with Pullman’s ethos.”

Through this collaboration, Pullman aims to elevate its dining offerings, featuring local ingredients and modern reinterpretations of culinary traditions. From early 2026, guests will enjoy exclusive pop-ups and curated selections of Thaipun’s signature dishes, such as reimagined Satay Skewers, available in various flavors, including kangaroo and vegetarian options. Thaipun expressed her excitement, stating, “Partnering with Pullman gives me the perfect canvas to create something exciting… I can’t wait to share that joy with guests.”

Members of ALL Accor, the loyalty program, will have exclusive access to chefs’ tables and immersive cooking workshops.
