Background of Daniel Chaney

Previously the executive chef at The Stones Hotel in Bali, Chaney has over two decades of experience and has worked in various prestigious locations around the globe.

Chaney stated, “I am honoured to be taking up the position of Executive Chef at The Westin Jakarta. I am excited about enhancing the culinary offering and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality and caters to the diverse tastes of our guests.”

Background of Martin Weise

Martin Weise comes from a robust background having held the F&B director position at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta. He aims to set a new standard for excellence within the establishment.
