Experiential cruise leader Crystal is set to regale passengers with an exquisite new menu for its Italian dining venue Osteria d’Ovidio.
Crafted by renowned chefs, this new culinary offering further elevates Crystal’s status in the world of at-sea dining.

Masterfully designed by the sibling duo of Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo, this collaborative menu emerges from their celebrated three-Michelin-star culinary legacy. It enhances Crystal’s reputation as a provider of remarkable dining experiences onboard.

Massimiliano, recognized as the youngest chef to ever obtain three Michelin stars, along with his brother Raffaele, co-owner of their acclaimed establishments, aims to showcase their signature culinary artistry at Crystal’s specialty dining venues on both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.

This new menu emphasizes Crystal’s commitment to premier gastronomy while enhancing its already distinguished dining portfolio, which includes Nobu at sea, Umi Uma, and Beefbar by Riccardo Giraudi.

“We are dedicated to offering our guests extraordinary culinary experiences,” states Gunter Lorenz. “The collaboration with the Alajmo brothers takes this commitment to new heights. Each dish embodies a story of passion and artistry.”

This menu treasures the best tastes of Italy while showcasing extraordinary craftsmanship.

“Each dish we’ve created for Osteria d’Ovidio is a chapter in a story of beauty and depth of Italian cuisine,” notes Massimo Alajmo.

Guests will have the chance to embark on a multi-sensory journey with three distinct sections of the menu or choose from various dishes à la carte:
