Lemon Tree Hotels expands to Maharashtra with the signing of a new property in Bapane, set to open in FY 2026. The upcoming hotel will be operated by Carnations Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Strategically located approximately 43 km from Mumbai International Airport and 28.8 km from Borivali Railway Station, the hotel will provide easy access for travelers.

The property will feature 76 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and various public spaces. Designed for both leisure and business travelers, it aims to blend comfort and functionality.
