The Boca Raton Reveals a Revamped Beach Club Hotel Worth $130 Million in South Florida
Five distinct hotels, one iconic resort – A $130 million investment in Palm Beach’s only private beach resort marks the final phase of The Boca Raton’s overall $375 million transformation.
This month, South Florida’s most storied resort, The Boca Raton, officially unveiled the launch of its Beach Club hotel, symbolizing the completion of a significant $130 million makeover. This milestone is part of a broader $375 million renovation, marking a new chapter for this historic property, which now offers elevated experiences along its half-mile stretch of private golden beach. The Beach Club features 210 completely refurbished guest rooms and suites, including many with expansive outdoor terraces, new dining options, an updated lobby experience, and state-of-the-art fitness and event spaces.
Coastal Design
Led by Miami-based Urban Robot Associates and landscape architecture firm EDSA, the newly renovated Beach Club embodies its seaside community. The luxurious rooms and suites provide floor-to-ceiling ocean views, creating a breezy and serene atmosphere. The most spacious accommodations include the Grand Suite + Lanai, with options for one- or two-bedroom configurations alongside private outdoor poolside living areas.
Culinary Excellence by the Sea
With an emphasis on gastronomic experiences orchestrated by Executive Chef Gonzalo Rivera, the Beach Club introduces new premier dining venues. Notably, the Marisol restaurant showcases Mediterranean-inspired cuisine under the guidance of Michelin-award-winning chef Johnny Spero, offering fresh seafood sourced from local fishermen.
Onda, situated beachside, provides outdoor dining reminiscent of famous coastal destinations, kicking off its first season with Executive Chef Adriano Venturini’s signature dish, Langosta al Coco – a poached Maine lobster prepared with a creamy coconut sauce and Dominican rice, paired with caviar.
Waterside Wellness & Adventure
Curated programming encourages guests to fully immerse themselves in beach life, with activities like Sunset Yoga and Full Moon Yoga classes. Other wellness programming includes a Ritual Series promoting mindfulness through guided oceanside classes and sunset fire rituals. Recreational options abound, featuring three pools and the Cabana Club by Vilebrequin along with a floating excursion on the Fiat 500, Sorbetto, showcasing Italian craftsmanship.
Family-Friendly Offerings
For younger visitors, the Banyan Bunch Beachside program provides enriching activities, while teens can enjoy the Game Loft, equipped with the latest gaming consoles, VR technology, and classic games like billiards and shuffleboard.
