In a move to reshape how short-term rental (STR) hosts learn and scale, Hospitable has announced two new, free initiatives designed to connect hosts with those who truly understand their day-to-day challenges: fellow STR owners and property managers.

“Host to Host: A Short-Term Rental Mastermind” will occur on 28th-29th January from 5-8pm ET. This conference, designed exclusively for hosts, will allow them to share their experiences and insights while moving away from vendor-driven advice. The event includes eight 45-minute sessions, tackling essential topics such as onboarding, social media strategies for bookings, and using AI for operations.

In addition, Hospitable will introduce “Your Host Mentor,” a free coaching hub featuring short video tutorials from successful STR operators, focusing on practical challenges like communication and revenue optimization. This initiative seeks to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing among hosts at all levels.
