Mamzel at Finca Besaya Launches New Season with Sauvage, the Most Immersive and Sophisticated Show on the Costa del Sol
Mamzel at Finca Besaya debuts its new season featuring a unique dining and entertainment experience called Sauvage.
Mamzel at Finca Besaya, the emblematic venue of Casanis Group, has opened its new season with Sauvage, the most immersive and sophisticated show on the Costa del Sol. This artistic and sensory proposal elevates the concept of dinner shows in the city, combining gastronomy, music, dance, and set design to provide a unique and unforgettable experience.
Sauvage presents a contemporary jungle environment featuring lush decor that transports diners to an exotic universe where nature comes alive through lights, textures, and stunning details. Created by Fidel Buika, the creative director of the house, under the supervision of Zazou Belounis, the CEO of Casanis Group, the show features over 20 international dancers and costumes inspired by animal characters and wild creatures, turning each performance into a visual fantasy.
The musical experience accompanies every moment of the night in a modern and vibrant manner, inviting the audience to actively participate in the show. At Mamzel, it’s not just about dinner: it involves singing, dancing, celebrating, and living a multisensory experience that connects with emotion from the very first instant.
On the gastronomic front, the season introduces a menú designed by Fabian Cangas, the executive chef of the Casanis group, offering sophisticated dishes meant for sharing. Highlights of the menu include criollo entrañas, miso salmon, and sushi, as well as new creations like grilled shrimp skewers and calamari, alongside the Sauvage burger made with black hake and caviar. Additionally, the menu features a wide variety of cocktails, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, and desserts such as chocolate and mini cheesecake.
Since its inception in 2020, Mamzel at Finca Besaya has a capacity for around 430 diners per night, with summer waitlists reaching up to 100 people daily, reflecting the growing demand and international appeal of the destination.
With Sauvage, Mamzel at Finca Besaya strengthens its position as a reference for high-end gastronomic entertainment on the Costa del Sol, solidifying Marbella as a go-to destination for travelers seeking innovative and memorable experiences. This initiative underscores Casanis Group’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and the integration of a theatrical experience with cutting-edge culinary offerings in an environment that prioritizes sensory immersion.
