SQUEEZE Inc. Integrates ZUZU’s RevMate AI for Enhanced Revenue Management

SQUEEZE Inc., a leading smart hotel operator from Japan, has implemented RevMate, an AI-driven revenue management system from ZUZU Hospitality, as part of its strategy to improve revenue intelligence across its portfolio of over 40 hotels and serviced apartments.

SQUEEZE Inc., a Japan-based smart hotel operator, has integrated RevMate, an AI-powered revenue management tool from ZUZU Hospitality, into its operations. This strategic move aims to enhance revenue intelligence across its portfolio of over 40 hotels and serviced flats. The adoption of RevMate is part of SQUEEZE’s broader initiative to augment its cloud-based hospitality operation platform, suitebook, with advanced AI-driven capabilities.

ZUZU Hospitality, which serves over 2,500 hotels across Southeast Asia, announced the collaboration as a significant step in its expansion into the Japanese market. RevMate consolidates more than 30 market signals to provide transparent and explainable pricing recommendations, enabling hotel teams to make quicker and more informed revenue decisions.

Vikram Malhi, CEO of ZUZU Hospitality, emphasized the advantages of RevMate, stating, “Revenue management has long been plagued by data overload: too many signals, too little context, and no clear reasoning behind the numbers. RevMate was built to solve exactly that.” He highlighted that the tool not only offers price recommendations but also explains the rationale behind them, referencing specific competitors, demand patterns, and market signals.

In contrast to conventional revenue management systems, RevMate delivers clarity by elucidating the factors that influence pricing decisions, such as competitor rate changes and local events. This approach seeks to empower the whole hotel team, not merely seasoned revenue managers, by providing transparent insights into revenue strategies.
