Sichuan Verandah, a vibrant Chinese bistro, has opened its doors at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, offering a unique dining experience with bold Sichuan flavours. The bistro caters to food enthusiasts with a diverse menu of Sichuan favourites and customizable spice levels, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a spicy culinary adventure.

The menu features signature dishes such as Poached Chicken with Peanut, Sesame, and Chilli Oil, and Boiled Beef in Mala Sichuan Sauce. Diners can also enjoy the Sichuan Style Boiled Mandarin Fish with Pickled Vegetables and Deep Fried Chicken with Dried Chilli and Sichuan Pepper. The bistro’s beverage menu includes the Mala Punch Cocktail and Spicy Relief Milkshakes, offering a refreshing complement to the spicy dishes.

To celebrate its opening, Sichuan Verandah is offering a 15% discount on all food items until 31 May 2026. The bistro’s design, by Steve Leung Design Group, evokes a garden-like retreat with a blend of indoor elegance and outdoor warmth, accommodating up to 62 guests with an additional private dining room.

Led by executive chef Jack Chan, the culinary team brings over three decades of expertise in Cantonese and Chinese cuisine. The bistro’s opening adds a new dimension to Hong Kong’s dining scene, promising a lively atmosphere and a memorable dining experience. The adjoining outdoor garden terrace is set to open by mid-2026, further enhancing the venue’s appeal.
