Cvent has announced the renewal of its partnership with the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) as the Official Onsite Registration and Event App Partner for Convening APAC 2026, SIGNAL: Mastering Change. The event is scheduled from April 12 to 14, 2026, at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, with over 350 business event professionals expected to attend from the Asia Pacific and beyond.

The collaboration includes Cvent deploying its OnArrival 360 check-in and badging solution in addition to the Cvent Attendee Hub mobile app. This technology aims to simplify registration, expedite badge printing, and improve real-time engagement and analytics for attendees, sponsors, and partners. Previously, these solutions aided in reducing manual tasks by 30–40% while achieving a 93% check-in rate in the last event, The Business of Events 2025.
