Dubai South, recognized as the largest urban master development in the UAE, has unveiled a new support package focused on assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at its Business Park. This initiative was introduced on April 6, 2026, and seeks to offer financial relief and flexibility to businesses, aligning with the commitment of the UAE government to uphold economic stability.

The support package includes various measures designed to provide immediate financial ease, such as rent-free incentives tied to contract renewals, enhanced options for payment deferrals, and the elimination of minor administrative penalties. Furthermore, for eligible contract renewals, current rental rates will be maintained, ensuring stability for businesses during this challenging period.

Nabil Al Kindi, the Group CEO of Dubai South, highlighted the significance of SMEs in the economic landscape of Dubai, stating, “SMEs are at the heart of Dubai’s economic fabric, and supporting their continuity and growth remains a priority. This initiative reflects our commitment to enabling our business community by providing practical and timely support, whilst reinforcing a stable environment for long-term success.”
