Travelodge Hurstville Launches New Conference Facilities

Travelodge Hurstville has introduced new conferencing spaces, enhancing its services for business meetings in Sydney's southern region.

Travelodge Hotel Hurstville has expanded its business offerings with the introduction of four purpose-designed conferencing spaces, catering to the growing demand for flexible meeting venues in Sydney’s southern business market.

Located in Hurstville’s commercial district, the new facilities provide a cost-effective alternative for businesses seeking well-connected meeting spaces outside the central business district (CBD).

Hurstville, situated 16 kilometers from Sydney CBD, is increasingly recognized as a smart alternative for meetings due to its excellent transport links, including proximity to Sydney Airport and Hurstville Station. The new conferencing rooms at Travelodge cater to corporate meetings, workshops, and small events, supported by a large breakout area and modern amenities. The hotel also offers 124 Chada-designed rooms, on-site parking, and access to dining and leisure facilities at the adjacent Club Central Hurstville.

Andrew O’Donovan, General Manager of Travelodge Hurstville, highlighted the area’s transformation, stating, “The area has seen strong investment in A-grade office developments, improved public transport infrastructure, and a rapidly expanding professional workforce servicing the St George and southern Sydney regions.”

Emma Soutter, TFE Hotels’ Regional General Manager for NSW & ACT, noted the expansion reflects changing demand patterns, with businesses seeking alternatives to CBD congestion. She added that Hurstville’s infrastructure investment and commercial diversity make it an increasingly attractive meetings destination. The new conferencing center underscores TFE Hotels’ confidence in Hurstville’s growth potential.
