New Credit Cards Launched by Royal Caribbean in Collaboration with Bank of America

Discover the newly introduced credit cards designed for travelers by Royal Caribbean Group and Bank of America, offering exciting rewards.

Royal Caribbean Group and Bank of America have announced the launch of two new credit cards: Royal ONE and Royal ONE Plus. These cards are notable as the cruise industry’s first tribranded credit cards, allowing customers to earn and redeem rewards through Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea.

The new cards come with several benefits, including no foreign transaction fees and attractive travel perks. Cardholders can earn enhanced rewards on their regular spending as well as while on cruise vacations.

  • Royal ONE:
    • No annual fee.
    • Earn 3X points on purchases with Royal Caribbean brands.
    • Earn 2X points on groceries, fuel, and electric vehicle charging.
  • Royal ONE Plus:
    • $99 annual fee.
    • Earn 4X points on purchases with Royal Caribbean brands.
    • Added perks including priority suite boarding and a $200 anniversary reward.

Jason Liberty, Chairman and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, remarked, “These new cards unify the experiences our guests cherish across Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea, simplifying the process of earning and using rewards.”

Lora Monfared, from Bank of America, shared her excitement over the partnership, emphasizing the enhanced flexibility for travelers.

This initiative is part of Royal Caribbean’s broader strategy to boost its loyalty program and improve guests’ vacation experiences.
