Cathay Pacific has garnered multiple prestigious awards at the World’s Best Airlines for 2026, organized by AirlineRatings, a reputable airline safety and product rating organization.

The airline secured the second position in the World’s Best Full-Service Airlines category and won the World’s Best Business Class award for its Aria Suite cabins. Additionally, Cathay Pacific’s lounges were acknowledged as the World’s Best Airline-Branded Lounges.

Cathay Cargo also shone in the accolades, being recognized as the World’s Best Airline-Branded Cargo Operations, while HK Express, a Cathay subsidiary, was honored with the World’s Best Low-Cost Carrier award. These achievements highlight Cathay’s commitment to excellence across various travel sectors.

This enhancement will be supported by an investment surpassing $12.8 billion (HK$100 billion) into fleet, in-flight and ground products, and digital innovation.

These honors join Cathay’s impressive roster of achievements, including being ranked among the world’s top three airlines by Skytrax last year. As it celebrates its 80th anniversary, Cathay remains focused on becoming the most loved service brand for its customers.
