IndiGo Teams Up with Adani Airports for New Duty-Free Loyalty Program

IndiGo's partnership with Adani Airport Holdings simplifies duty-free shopping for passengers, integrating loyalty rewards and enhancing travel experience.

IndiGo, India’s top airline, has established a collaboration with Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) to enhance its IndiGo BluChip loyalty program, enabling members to accumulate rewards through duty-free shopping. This initiative will allow travelers to order items online in advance and collect them upon arrival at the airport. For every ₹100 spent, members will earn five Indigo BluChips.

This effort aims to optimize travel convenience with added loyalty benefits at major airports, including locations in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Jaipur, Mangaluru, and Lucknow. Future expansion plans incorporate Guwahati’s Lokapriya Gopinath Bardoloi International Airport and Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Neetan Chopra from IndiGo expressed, “This alliance with Adani Duty Free reinforces our goal of providing substantial rewards outside of flight experiences, enhancing customer satisfaction throughout their journey.” Similarly, Suchit Bansal noted, “Our collaboration merges the kingdom’s largest airline with its foremost private airport operator, aiming to provide an interconnected and gratifying travel retail experience.”

IndiGo operates more than 2,000 flights every day, servicing over 140 global destinations, while AAHL manages eight airports within India. This agreement showcases a widespread intention to fortify digital travel networks, streamlining the journey from booking all the way through to airport services.
