Stasher, the leading luggage storage platform, has announced a partnership with Victoria Coach Station, the UK’s busiest coach terminal, to become its official online luggage storage booking provider. This collaboration introduces digital booking and app-based reservations for the station’s luggage storage facility, serving around 20 million passengers annually.
The integration of Stasher’s digital booking system allows travellers to pre-book secure luggage storage, enhancing convenience and flexibility, especially during peak travel periods. The centrally located facility also benefits tourists visiting nearby attractions such as Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. Jacob Wedderburn-Day, CEO and Co-founder of Stasher, stated, “This partnership represents one of our most significant network additions to date.”
Victoria Coach Station, operated by Transport for London, will now feature clear Stasher signage to guide customers efficiently. Liam Wilson, Head of Coach Services at Transport for London, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, noting that it will modernise the station’s services and reach a new online audience.
Stasher, which recently surpassed 3 million bags stored, operates in over 10,000 locations across 1,000 cities globally. The company aims to become the “Uber of luggage storage,” according to Anthony Collias, Chief Commercial Officer and Co-founder. The partnership is expected to drive economic benefits for local businesses, with research indicating that nearly 40% of luggage storage customers make additional purchases at their storage location.
The service is now live, and travellers can book storage at Victoria Coach Station through Stasher’s website and app.
