Dusit International Expands Its Footprint in the Philippines

Dusit International is enhancing its presence in the Philippines with two new hotel deals in Northern Mindanao.

Dusit International is expanding its presence in the Philippines through new agreements established with IDC Prime, focusing on the management of two new hotels under the Dusit Princess brand in Northern Mindanao.

Currently, the Dusit-branded properties active in the Philippines include Dusit Thani Manila, Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort, and others.

Upcoming Projects:

  1. Dusit Princess Moena: Located in the Moena Mountain Estate, set amid lush mountains.
    • Expected to open in late 2029 with amenities like a lobby lounge, all-day dining, and gym facilities.
  2. Dusit Princess Firenze: A key feature within IDC’s Firenze Green Tower in Cagayan de Oro, also opening late 2029.
    • This development will offer 180 rooms and feature a mix of commercial and residential spaces.
