Accor Hosts Asia Leadership Conference 2026

Accor organizes a significant leadership conference in Manila, uniting general managers and executives to strategize for sustainable growth.

Global hospitality management company Accor gathered over 300 general managers from its Asian properties along with its global leadership team for the Asia Leadership Conference 2026. This event took place from February 3 to 5 at Novotel Manila Araneta City in the Philippines, centering around the theme THRIVE, which aimed to align priorities, exchange insights, and empower leaders for sustainable growth and high-performance results across the region.

The conference featured esteemed senior Accor executives, industry experts, and strategic partners offering valuable perspectives and cross-market insights to enhance decision-making and execution at the property level.

In bringing together leaders from various markets, the Asia Leadership Conference serves as a crucial platform for aligning efforts, enhancing innovation, and improving Accor’s performance throughout Asia’s vibrant hospitality landscape.

Chief Operating Officer for the premium, midscale, and economy division in Asia, Garth Simmons, stated:

“This conference brought together our leaders and teams who shape the guest experience and business performance across our hotels every day. It is about rising above challenges, working across borders and cultures, and turning shared knowledge into strong results. By investing in leadership, knowledge, capabilities and confidence, we are building hotels and teams where people, performance and purpose thrive together, driving sustainable, long-term growth.”
