Nouran Smogluk comes with nearly a decade of experience in customer service operations, having previously held senior roles at Jimdo, a website development firm based in Hamburg. Most recently, she was the Director of User and Partner Success at komoot.

In her new position, she will focus on coaching and mentoring the Hospitable support team while refining processes to improve support response times and customer resolution rates. Her goal is to empower hosts by enhancing their guest experience through effective product support.
