ANA Partners with Swiss AviationSoftware and MINT Software Systems
All Nippon Airways (ANA) has officially entered a strategic partnership with Swiss AviationSoftware Ltd and MINT Software Systems. This collaboration aims to initiate a comprehensive, multi-year revamp of ANA’s core maintenance frameworks, fostering operational excellence and initiating digital transformation throughout its global operations.
As a part of this initiative, ANA is set to utilize Swiss-AS’s premier AMOS solution designed for comprehensive management of aircraft, engine, and component maintenance. Additionally, MINT’s TMS will enhance training, qualification, and resource optimization.
The integrated solution is anticipated to launch in the 2027 fiscal year, reinforcing ANA’s dedication to enhanced operational efficiency.
Current Challenges
Presently, ANA’s maintenance divisions operate over ten independent systems, which hampers data sharing among departments and restricts real-time situational awareness. This fragmentation hinders agility and strategic decision-making. By consolidating these functions into a unified platform powered by AMOS and MINT’s TMS, ANA aims to streamline data management and improve operational visibility.
This strategic transition will standardize processes according to international guidelines and will significantly boost data analytics capabilities for predictive maintenance and efficient planning. Looking ahead, ANA is committed to driving digital transformation (DX), leveraging advanced technologies to cultivate smarter and more efficient workflows, contributing to the aviation industry’s evolution.
