With this leadership addition, the five-star establishment strengthens its management team to enhance growth both in domestic and international markets, especially ahead of its inaugural full season in Marbella.

Nettekoven brings over 25 years of experience in managing luxury hotels and resorts in Europe and Asia, having held senior positions at Belmond, Kempinski, and other independent luxury hotels in locations including Marbella, Mallorca, Bali, and Thailand. His profile blends strategic vision, operational excellence, brand positioning, and guest experience—elements that, as he himself stated, aim to enhance the hotel’s positioning, boost commercial performance, and establish it as a benchmark on the Costa del Sol.
