Emirates Flight Catering to Unveil New Offerings at Gulfood 2026

Emirates Flight Catering and Bustanica are set to showcase an expanded range of food service solutions at Gulfood 2026, marking a significant shift in their operations.

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) and Bustanica are ready to make their joint debut at Gulfood 2026, presenting an expanded selection of food service solutions for retail, hospitality, and catering partners. This event marks EKFC’s first standalone participation at the world’s largest annual food and beverage sourcing event, indicating a strategic transition beyond its traditional airline catering operations.

The event will occur from January 26 to 30 at the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre, showcasing a variety of products designed for high-volume, high-complexity environments, including:

  • Cold cuts and sausages crafted by a German master butcher.
  • Omelettes, soups, sauces, pasta, as well as handcrafted beef Wellingtons and roulades. All products are made with natural ingredients and locally manufactured across three state-of-the-art facilities, which are ready for export and approved by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA).

Bustanica will unveil new product lines tailored to contemporary on-the-go lifestyles, including:

  • Ready-to-eat salads with separately packaged ingredients for freshness.
  • Sandwiches featuring signature crunchy lettuces, three varieties of soups, and six types of retail juices.
  • Bustanica’s renowned Top Line strawberries, celebrated for their sweetness and texture, will also be available in a limited edition.

The world’s largest vertical farm will promote its root-to-stem philosophy through:

  • Cold-pressed juices and popsicles infused with edible flowers.

Attendees will have the opportunity to experience live product showcases, tastings, a virtual reality tour of the Bustanica facility, and a live microfarm display.

This expanded participation heralds EKFC’s commitment to diversifying its offerings and exploring new market avenues.
