The MRP Foundation of City of Dreams Manila has donated equipment worth Php9.9 million to the Manila police force to strengthen public safety and security operations.
City of Dreams Manila’s MRP Foundation Supports Police Force with Equipment Donation
The Philippine National Capital Region Police Office (NCR-PO) recently received Php9.9 million worth of security equipment and vehicles from the City of Dreams Manila’s charitable arm, Melco Resorts (Philippines) Foundation Corporation (MRP Foundation).
This donation aims to support the police office’s mandate to ensure peace and order, public safety, and internal security. Among the items donated were a Foton Tornado truck with telescopic crane, two Toyota Hiace GL Grandia, ten mobile outposts, two mobile generators with trailer, laptops, and various types of cameras and communication equipment. This support aims to enhance law enforcement and special police operations in areas managed by the Entertainment City Estate Management Inc. (ECEMI) and the NCRPO’s jurisdiction.
The donation is part of MRP Foundation’s initiatives focused on environmental, educational, cultural, and health programs in alignment with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Formal Turnover
The ceremonial turnover was led by:

- Marissa Academia - Corporate Secretary and Treasurer, MRP Foundation
- Riin Meri - Assistant Treasurer, MRP Foundation
The donation was accepted by PCol Ireneo Dalogdog, NCR-PO Chief for Regional Logistics and Research Development, and witnessed by Vina Claudette Oca, Assistant Vice-President for PAGCOR, Geoff Andress, Property President of City of Dreams Manila, and John Dioquino, General Manager of ECMI.
Chung stated: “We are thankful for the opportunity to contribute to PNP-NCRPO’s vital mandate to uphold the safety and security of our community and other areas of their jurisdiction. We are equally grateful to PAGCOR for their utmost support to this endeavor, which affirms our commitment towards nation-building.
