This inventive creation combines the classic cheesecake flavors presented in a light, enjoyable format, served within a crispy biscoff bowl. Currently available in all Love & Cheesecake locations in Mumbai and Pune, SCOOPS are priced from $3 (INR 250).

SCOOPS shifts the familiar cheesecake into a scoopable treat, making it ideal for both everyday indulgences and special celebrations. The biscoff bowl offers a crunchy counterpart to the light texture of the cheesecake, making each scoop delightful without being overwhelming. “With SCOOPS, we wanted to reinvent the cheesecake and give it a fresh feel,” Ruchyeta Bhatia, Co-founder of Love & Cheesecake, remarked. “It’s light and brings joy to even the smallest of moments.”

The essence of SCOOPS lies in its craftsmanship, featuring hand-crafted biscoff bowls alongside freshly made cheesecake. Chef Amit Sharma, the Head Chef and Co-founder, emphasized their commitment to innovation while staying true to their philosophy of authentic, handcrafted delight. “Each flavor, every biscoff bowl, and every creamy scoop is crafted with the same diligence we put into all our desserts,” Sharma pointed out.

The SCOOPS collection flaunts over seventy unique flavors, from classic Belgian Dark Chocolate and Fresh Strawberry to inventive varieties like Avocado, Burnt Orange & Honey, and Pistachio & Raspberry. Nostalgic flavors such as Bubblegum and Ferrero Rocher add a fun twist, encouraging customers to choose according to their mood rather than strict expectations.
