Thailand Launches New Video Series to Enhance Travel Safety

The Ministry of Tourism and Sports in Thailand has unveiled a series of videos aimed at bolstering traveler safety and confidence through relatable scenarios.

On January 14, Thailand’s Ministry of Tourism and Sports introduced a new three-part video series aimed at highlighting travel safety and assistance. The initiative is designed to boost traveler confidence through relatable, real-life situations.

The short videos showcase how the Tourist Assistance Center and Tourism and Sports Volunteers support visitors facing unexpected challenges. These include navigating unfamiliar environments, recovering lost belongings, and providing timely assistance in critical moments.

This series will be sequentially rolled out on digital platforms and is part of Thailand’s ongoing efforts to improve travel confidence and safety awareness, portraying the country as a welcoming destination.
