This month, Carpe Diem Beach Club enhances its signature La Dolce Vita Sundays with a special one-day collaboration featuring AESOPS Bangkok Greek Restaurant.

Everyone’s favorite social dining venue in Bangkok brings its bold theatrics to Phuket’s Bang Tao Beach, fueled by the joyful spirit of Greek dining.

Scheduled for Sunday, January 25th, this unique edition of La Dolce Vita Sundays will turn Carpe Diem into an immersive Mediterranean-Greek brunch-to-pool-party experience.

Guests can anticipate sun-soaked seaside indulgence, live culinary showcases, interactive rituals, and high-energy entertainment set against Phuket’s most iconic beachfront backdrop.

Classic flavors in a lively setting

From 12 PM to 3 PM, AESOPS Bangkok will feature a Greek-inspired live cooking station to complement Carpe Diem’s renowned Mediterranean buffet brunch.

Highlighted offerings include dishes like flaming Kefalograviera saganaki finished with honey, refreshing Ouzo lemon spritzes, traditional Greek plate-smashing rituals, and lively dance performances that invite everyone to join in the celebration.

Music will set the day’s rhythm, with guest DJ Mark Di Meo adjusting the atmosphere from laid-back midday grooves to energetic sunset pool party vibes from 3 PM onwards, including a dramatic fire show on the beach.
