Introducing Casa METT: The New Boutique Brand by Sunset Hospitality Group

Sunset Hospitality Group continues its global expansion with the launch of its latest boutique brand, Casa METT, set to debut in 2025.

Sunset Hotels & Resorts, the hotel division of the Dubai company Sunset Hospitality Group, is moving forward with its global expansion strategy. After the openings and first full seasons of METT Bodrum and METT Marbella, along with the acquisition of properties like the Gran Hotel La Florida in Barcelona and the Hotel Fort Canning in Singapore, SHG reaffirms its commitment to international growth in key markets across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

This ambitious strategy aims to manage or operate 20 properties by 2026. Each new step taken by Sunset Hotels & Resorts reinforces its position in the industry, focusing on excellence and differentiation in every project.

With an emphasis on innovation, quality, and high service standards, the hotel division continues to achieve milestones, this time through its METT brand, which is positioning itself as a reference in the lifestyle segment, enjoying a strong reputation bolstered by high guest satisfaction rates and unmatched dining and entertainment experiences, a hallmark of the Dubai group.

CASA METT: An Ode to Sophistication in Unique Destinations

The world’s first Casa METT will open its doors at the end of 2025 in Sitges, a destination just 45 minutes from Barcelona that combines dreamy beaches and a renowned culinary offer. The town also stands out for its Mediterranean charm, modernist architecture, and vibrant cultural atmosphere.

This new boutique, the current and iconic Hotel Capri owned by AX Partners located just a few meters from the sea, will feature 38 rooms, extensive gardens and facilities, two dining concepts, and a pool club, creating an attractive meeting point for hotel guests, visitors, and locals. In terms of dining, Casa METT in Sitges will showcase two successful brands from SHG. On one hand, El Bar de Lola, a relaxed and fun culinary proposal based on tapas and a wide selection of wines. Additionally, the hotel will also feature an updated and elevated version of Isola Ristorante, which will enhance its acclaimed gastronomic offer with a spectacular entertainment program already present in Dubai, Marbella, Bodrum, Milan, and Bouznika.

Each Casa METT property will be designed under the METT brand standards, will be unique, and will be located in the most special buildings, in extraordinary destinations. This exclusive hotel will join next year’s select portfolio of establishments managed by the Dubai group in iconic locations such as Marbella, Bodrum, Barcelona, or Ibiza. The project includes a comprehensive renovation of the building, respecting its original essence while enhancing the quality of its facilities and services. With this intervention, they aspire to achieve five-star status, thus strengthening the firm’s position in the premium segment of the hospitality industry.
