This new feature, available for the first time, allows travellers to secure refunds in the event of unforeseen circumstances, thereby enhancing customer confidence and satisfaction.

The collaboration integrates Protect Group’s Refund Protect service into Sunrise Airways’ booking system, facilitated by Hepstar, ensuring a seamless experience for passengers. The service is already accessible on the airline’s website and will soon be incorporated into the Sunrise mobile app.
