This initiative includes the inauguration of several new hotels across various regions, including the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and North America, with each location carefully designed to capture the unique heritage and culture of its surroundings.
The Fairmont Hanoi is set to open its doors in early 2026, providing 241 luxury rooms inspired by traditional Vietnamese colors and French colonial aesthetics. Guests can take advantage of a special opening offer, which includes a credit of $41 (VND 1,000,000) per night for stays between February and April 30, 2026.
Meanwhile, the Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit is expected to debut in mid-2026, featuring 419 rooms and a variety of facilities, with starting rates from $270 (THB 9,800++).
In China, the Fairmont Dalian, opening mid-2026, will feature 70 guestrooms housed in a restored heritage building, while the Fairmont Red Sea, set to open in May 2026, will offer 193 rooms along with six dining options, including an innovative overwater restaurant. This resort focuses on sustainable development along the stunning Red Sea coastline.
The Fairmont New Orleans will launch in June 2026 in the heart of the Central Business District, promising 250 guestrooms and a 10,000 square foot spa. Finally, the Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere is planned for a late 2026 opening in the UK, which will offer 116 bedrooms and an 18-hole golf course set on a historic estate.
