Virgin Atlantic has launched its new digital Concierge service, which is available on both the Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Atlantic Holidays websites. This innovative service offers travelers an intuitive platform for planning and booking their trips. It is powered by OpenAI and developed alongside Tomoro teams, aiming to change the landscape of travel planning.

The digital Concierge uses advanced AI capabilities to learn travelers’ preferences, providing personalized suggestions for flights, holidays, and more. Users can interact with the service through tapping, typing, or speaking, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Additionally, it assists with Flying Club inquiries and general customer support, delivering a distinctive Virgin Atlantic experience.

Siobhan Fitzpatrick, Chief Experience Officer at Virgin Atlantic, remarked, “Our new Concierge reimagines how we connect with our guests. It listens, understands, and responds, helping to plan holidays and flights with the same intuitive care you’d expect from our teams.”

The launch of this service coincides with Virgin Atlantic’s upcoming mobile application set to debut in 2026, which will unify air travel and holiday bookings into a singular platform. This initiative represents a major stride in Virgin Atlantic’s goal to merge cutting-edge technology with its celebrated customer service.
