ROOST Apartment Hotel to Launch in Austin

The renowned hotel brand is set to establish its largest property yet in Texas, enhancing the local hospitality scene.

The Method Co. and LV Collective have announced their plans for the new ROOST Apartment Hotel, set to be ready by early winter 2025. Located at 80 Rainey St. in Austin’s vibrant neighborhood, this hotel will feature 59 design-centric rooms and will occupy the top floors of the Paseo mixed-use development.

As noted by Randall Cook, Co-Founder and CEO of Method Co., “We’re thrilled to bring the ROOST Apartment Hotel experience to Austin, marking not only our debut in Texas but also our farthest expansion west to date.”

The facility will offer fully furnished studio to four-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens and 24-hour concierge service. It will also include luxurious amenities such as a pool deck with bar service, a fitness center, and dedicated coworking spaces.
