Delta Air Lines has introduced its cutting-edge Airbus A330-900neo on the established route connecting Atlanta to Buenos Aires, making it the first airline to deploy this modern aircraft in Argentina.
This aircraft will also be part of Delta’s seasonal services between New York-JFK and Buenos Aires, available up until March 29, 2025.
The A330-900neo features multiple upgrades aimed at enhancing passenger comfort, offering several distinct cabin options:
- Delta One: Fully reclining seats with luxurious bedding and exclusive dining services.
- Delta Premium Select: More spacious seats with deeper recline and adjustable footrests.
- Delta Comfort+: Enhanced legroom and priority boarding.
- Main Cabin: Ergonomically designed seats with access to extensive in-flight entertainment.
This upgrade from the 767-400ER increases Delta’s capacity by approximately 20%, featuring a more comfortable seating layout with additional Delta Comfort+ and Delta One suites.
“We are incredibly excited to introduce the Airbus A330-900neo to our operations in Argentina,” said Agustín Durand. “This aircraft symbolizes our commitment to enhancing customer experience and strengthens our connectivity with the US.”
Delta is also increasing its capacity on the Atlanta to Buenos Aires route by around 40% this winter, providing more travel options.
