Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development at IHCL stated, “Panheli is poised for significant growth, emerging as a sought-after getaway for travelers from the cities of Mumbai and Pune. The region’s natural beauty makes it an ideal location for a quick leisure escape, in line with the ethos of expanding the brand’s presence in reachable destinations. We are delighted to partner with Mr. Prabhat Jha for this project.”
This resort, Tree of Life AeroVillage Panheli, will include a private airstrip allowing guests to fly via a 30-minute charter from both Mumbai and Pune. A perennial river stream crossing the property adds a unique feature, setting the stage for exceptional riverside dining experiences. With over 5,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space, the resort is well-equipped for small gatherings and celebrations.
Guests can enjoy various recreational activities such as nature treks and trails through the Sahyadris, a nine-hole golf course, a 20-seater private theater, and a multi-sport stadium suitable for cricket, football, and pickleball.
Prabhat Jha added, “We are delighted to partner with IHCL to bring the Tree of Life experience to AeroVillage Panheli. This collaboration will help us elevate the destination’s appeal to discerning travelers.”
Nestled in the scenic Sahyadri hills, Panheli is a hidden treasure boasting rich natural beauty along with nearby attractions including Murud Janjira Fort, Wanjloshi Dam, and the historic Raigad Fort.
