Chapman Freeborn Expands Presence in China with New Office in Zhengzhou

Chapman Freeborn inaugurates its latest office in Zhengzhou, marking its sixth location in China. This expansion reinforces its commitment to enhancing air cargo solutions and efficiency across the region.

Global air charter expert Chapman Freeborn has officially inaugurated its latest branch in Zhengzhou as of October 13, enhancing its footprint in mainland China. With this new facility, the company’s operational total in China rises to six offices, in addition to existing locations in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Shenzhen.

This strategic move comes after assembling a dedicated team in September, continuing Chapman Freeborn’s pursuit of establishing a robust presence in China dating back to 2004.

Insights from the President

According to Allen Liu, president of Chapman Freeborn in Greater China: “The new team in Zhengzhou will allow us to better harness our market resources nationwide, improve local service capabilities, and enhance our response times. Consequently, we’ll deliver more efficient, timely, and professional air cargo solutions to our clients.”

Why Zhengzhou?

Zhengzhou’s selection stems from its prime location in the heart of China and vicinity to Xinzheng International Airport, renowned for managing heavy-lift and irregular cargo alongside standard e-commerce deliveries. Furthermore, its close proximity to key operations such as SF Express and Cargolux was a significant factor in this decision.

The local team, under the direction of Huizi Zhao (also known as Bella Zhao), is set to spearhead Chapman Freeborn’s charter and freight forwarding operations, focusing on driving commercial growth while ensuring top-tier delivery standards throughout the region.

Zhao expressed her commitment to leading the Zhengzhou team, stating: “I am honored to join Chapman Freeborn to leverage the Group’s domestic and international resources. Collaborating closely with our five regional teams, we will expand our commercial presence and guarantee efficient project delivery, bringing solutions to clients with real dedication.”
