Columbia Pictures Aquaverse Wins Theme Park of the Year at TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2025

Columbia Pictures Aquaverse, recognized for its groundbreaking themes, has secured the title of Theme Park of the Year at the TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2025 - Thailand. The park stands out as a premier destination for entertainment in the region.

Nestled in Sattahip, near Pattaya, Columbia Pictures Aquaverse melds movie-themed excitement with water attractions and thrill rides, allowing guests to experience their beloved Hollywood stories firsthand. The park opened its doors on October 12, 2022, following a collaboration between Sony Pictures Entertainment and local developer Amazon Falls.

Strategically placed in Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor, the park aims to become a significant tourist attraction, promising excitement for all ages with diverse attractions inspired by iconic film franchises like Ghostbusters, Jumanji, Hotel Transylvania, and Zombieland.

The park features ‘The Beast’, home to Asia’s tallest water park rides and a mega wave pool that hosts various entertainment events.

In a vision for the future, Columbia Pictures Aquaverse aims to draw in one million annual visitors, enhanced by Sony’s global marketing network, as it seeks to become a globally recognized entertainment venue.
