Timbertales Luxury Resort, located in the scenic forests of Coorg, has officially opened its doors this January. This much-anticipated retreat features 71 villas spread over 100 acres, providing a serene escape for luxury travelers.

With a design concept by renowned architect Abdul Manan, the resort showcases a blend of eco-luxury and local craftsmanship using indigenous materials. Each villa is constructed with Murukallu stone, harmonizing with the lush environment, underscoring understated elegance.

The ethos of Timbertales incorporates Balinese bamboo, promoting natural light and open spaces to merge architecture with nature, resulting in a peaceful retreat.

Wellness Retreat

Nestled within Timbertales is Viyoma, a 27,000 sq. ft. wellness center spread across three levels, boasting 25 therapy rooms featuring various treatments including Swedish and Ayurvedic options, and the region’s only Turkish Hammam. Guests can also enjoy panoramic views in the sauna, partake in yoga sessions, and explore child-friendly wellness programs.

Dining experiences abound with the resort’s Bamboo Buzz restaurant offering over 250 dishes emphasizing fresh, local ingredients, alongside Twisted Basil, which features plant-based menus curated by the chef. Guests are treated to a unique dining journey with eight exclusive gazebos and themed menus.

At Timbertales, guests can enjoy nature walks with naturalist guides, yoga by the lake, kayaking, and access to infinity pools with bar service. A special area for children, Funky Turtle, offers recreational activities.
