Ideal for those who prioritize privacy and immersive luxury, the two- and three-bedroom private residences have been designed to feel more like upscale beachside homes rather than typical hotel suites.

Each unit features its own VIP entrance via the hotel lobby and direct access from the beautifully landscaped Esplanade lined with Norfolk pines. For increased flexibility and comfort, both residences can be interconnected to create an expansive five-bedroom retreat.

Both Beach Houses come equipped with private magnesium plunge pools, generous entertainer’s terraces, laundry amenities, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces that embody the relaxed style characteristic of the southern Gold Coast.

Inside, sandy-toned decor reflects the laidback philosophy of the hotel, complete with full kitchens, standalone bars, and a selection of textured finishes that evoke the coastal environment. The design elements include warm timber accents and fluid lines, mirroring the style seen in the other suites and studios of Mondrian Gold Coast for a cohesive design narrative.

Guests are greeted with expedited in-suite check-in, a gourmet welcome basket, personal hosting, and direct contact points throughout their stay. Daily à la carte breakfast is served at LiTO, alongside steam and press service for up to three garments each day, and a nightly turndown service.
