Leadership Changes at Pullman Hotels Kuching and Miri Waterfront
Interhill Hospitality, the hospitality division of Malaysia’s Interhill Group, has announced several significant leadership appointments:
- Sunardi Song has been appointed as the General Manager of Pullman Kuching.
- Randy Constantine takes on the role of General Manager at Pullman Miri Waterfront.
- Adrian Ng, former General Manager of Pullman Kuching, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.
- Alan Tham, previously with Pullman Miri Waterfront, will now serve as Vice President for Food and Beverage Services.
Eric Tan, the Chief Operating Officer of Interhill Hospitality, emphasized that these changes will enhance the hotels’ capacity to host MICE events and contribute to tourism revenue in Sarawak. He stated, “Pullman Kuching and Pullman Miri Waterfront are crucial strategic contributors to the hosting of MICE events and driving state tourism revenues in line with Sarawak’s development. With these new leadership appointments, we are bolstering our commitment to delivering world-class hospitality while driving sustainable growth for the state and our organization.”

- Sunardi Song will lead the strategic operations of Pullman Kuching, which is undergoing a major transformation. He has over 15 years of experience in hospitality.
- Adrian Ng will oversee the entire portfolio for Interhill Hospitality, leveraging his extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic brand management.
- Randy Constantine brings significant international hospitality experience to the position at Pullman Miri Waterfront.
- Alan Tham, with 26 years of experience, will innovate and direct F&B operations across the group.
