Ras Al Khaimah to Host First International Real Estate Investment Summit

The International Real Estate Investment Summit (IREIS) is set to commence on October 30–31, 2025, in Ras Al Khaimah, highlighting the emirate's appeal as a global real estate investment hub.

Ras Al Khaimah is poised to take center stage as the UAE strengthens its role as a key destination for global real estate investment. The inaugural International Real Estate Investment Summit (IREIS) will take place on October 30–31, 2025, at the Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Centre. This two-day event is organized by Cityscape and aims to provide a platform for unlocking high-value real estate opportunities by connecting investors, developers, and policymakers.

The summit will address regional growth and global trends in the real estate market, featuring discussions on shifting capital flows in Europe and Asia, the rise of sustainable urban models in North America, and market innovations.

According to Savills, a global property advisor, global real estate investment turnover is forecasted to grow by 27%, expected to reach USD 952 billion in 2025 and surpass USD 1 trillion by 2026. The UAE is positioned to benefit significantly, attracting USD 45.6 billion in foreign direct investment (FDI) in 2024, marking a 48.7% increase from the previous year.

Dubai has shown remarkable momentum in its real estate sector, reporting AED 326 billion (approximately USD 89 billion) in transactions in the first half of 2025, a 39% increase year-on-year.

Ras Al Khaimah’s development, supported by projects like Wynn Al Marjan Island, reflects significant growth potential with a compound annual growth rate of 9.2% in international purchases through 2025. Investors from abroad account for 66% of real estate transactions in the UAE.

The inaugural IREIS will be backed by Marjan as Headline Sponsor, alongside Al Hamra and RAK Hospitality Holding as Strategic Sponsors, with RAK Properties as a Diamond Sponsor. The event promises high-level discussions on capital flows and lifestyle-driven real estate, highlighting Ras Al Khaimah’s strategic role in the evolving real estate landscape.
