Accor is transitioning to Oracle OPERA Cloud for its hotel management system to enhance operations and guest satisfaction across its global properties.
Oracle has revealed that Accor is adopting the Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) to optimize and enhance its hotel operations. This move allows Accor to standardize information across its global properties, thereby improving operational efficiency and enhancing guest satisfaction.
