
Emirates Expands Premium Economy Service Across A380 Routes to New York
Two direct daily services to New York JFK and linked service via Milan to feature four cabin classes, providing expanded choice to customers.
Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has announced that all A380 services to New York JFK will incorporate four cabin classes, including the acclaimed Premium Economy cabin. Additionally, the airline’s daily services via Milan, identified as EK205/206, will also include the Premium Economy offering beginning November 10. Passengers traveling between Dubai and Milan can now opt for Premium Economy seats from two daily flights, including the other service on EK091/092.
The upgrades to Emirates’ Dubai – New York service will enhance flights EK203/204, which already offer the Premium Economy cabin, ensuring remarkable comfort on long-haul journeys.
Passengers can book Premium Economy tickets instantly through emirates.com, the Emirates App, or either online and offline travel agents as well as at Emirates retail stores.
The updated A380 aircraft operating as EK201/202 and EK205/206 will present options for seats in First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class, providing more flexibility for travelers, whether for business or leisure.
These additions will amplify Emirates’ footprint in offering Premium Economy across its fleet of A380s, B777s, and A350 aircraft to 68 global destinations by March 2026, highlighting the airline’s commitment to ensuring top-notch customer experience and enhancing premium cabin offerings and consistency across global markets.
Emirates will feature its latest cabin offerings onboard the four-class A380 on key routes to Australasia and Asia, including cities like Sydney, Singapore, Osaka, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
On the four-class Emirates A380, the Premium Economy section is situated at the front of the main deck accommodating 56 seats in a 2-4-2 layout, each providing ample pitch and space for both working and relaxing, along with customized amenities such as in-seat chargers and a side cocktail table. The onboard experience is complemented with carefully selected in-flight amenities, an exclusive menu, and extensive beverage choices, featuring the Chandon Vintage Brut 2016 as a global unique offering for Emirates Premium Economy passengers.
