Air India Express Enhances Connectivity with New Destinations

Air India Express is expanding its network to include Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and Dehradun, creating better accessibility for travelers.

Air India Express is enhancing its operational reach by adding three new destinations to its network: Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and Dehradun. Starting September 1, 2025, flighters will benefit from direct flights from these cities to the airline’s Bengaluru hub, marking a significant expansion for the carrier.

Flight Information

  • Ahmedabad - Bengaluru: Twice daily (11:00; 23:00) and returns (07:55; 19:55)
  • Chandigarh - Bengaluru: Twice daily (16:40; 23:25) and returns (13:15; 20:00)
  • Dehradun - Bengaluru: Daily (16:30) and returns (12:50)

Travelers can expect introductory one-way fares starting from ₹4100, available through Air India Express’s website, offering a reliable travel option with comfortable seats and meal services. According to Managing Director Aloke Singh, this expansion focuses on improving connectivity between major metro areas and emerging destinations, thereby fostering tourism and business opportunities in vibrant urban centers.
