Sarah Casewit Unveils ‘Auroras & Orcas’ Experience in Norway
Luxury travel expert and founder of her namesake company Sarah Casewit launches “Auroras & Orcas,” a new eight-day travel experience in Northern Norway, created in partnership with Tyson Sadler, founder and lead expedition guide at Waterborn Expeditions, which specializes in ethical marine encounters and ocean conservation.
Specializing in transformative journeys, Sarah Casewit’s new “Auroras & Orcas” experience offers adventurous and discerning travelers unique chances to witness remarkable wildlife, immerse in Nordic culture, and enjoy extraordinary accommodations during the Polar Night. Guests will travel from the vibrant cultural capital of Tromsø to the remote fjords of Skjervøy and Lyngen, guided by whale expert and filmmaker Tyson Sadler.
The itinerary begins upon arrival in Tromsø, where guests will be transported to Havnnes Lodge, gaining exclusive access for their stay along with a private chef and personal lodge host. Daily excursions on a heated Sargo 37 boat will allow for guided whale safaris to observe migrating humpback whales and orcas, engaging in whale watching, migration tracking, and even whale swimming.
On land, activities include mushing a team of huskies across pristine landscapes, meeting Sami reindeer herders, and learning about Nordic wellness practices. Enthusiasts of whiskey can indulge in a visit to the world’s northernmost distillery, while music lovers can attend a candlelit concert at the historic Tromsø Cathedral.
“Auroras & Orcas” is the first offering in the new series of “Alchemia Journeys” from Sarah Casewit, designed to provide unique experiences tailored to adventurous travelers. These itineraries will be enhanced through collaborations with experts from different fields, showcasing off-the-grid destinations through their perspectives.
Now available for bookings for trips in October and November 2025, the itinerary kicks off at $13,300 USD per person based on two travelers and is fully customizable to meet individual preferences.
