Cathay Pacific Restarts Direct Flights Between Hong Kong and Brussels

The airline will offer nearly 100 return flights weekly between Hong Kong and Europe this season.

Cathay Pacific made its eagerly awaited return to Brussels on August 3, launching its four weekly flights from Hong Kong. This new route establishes a vital connection between the airline’s home city and Europe.

With the resumed service and increased frequencies, Cathay is operating nearly 100 return flights per week during the summer peak. The schedule includes five daily flights to London, daily services to cities such as Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Paris, among others, and three weekly flights to Rome.

More Flights to Europe
Cathay’s Chief Customer and Commercial Officer, Lavinia Lau, expressed excitement about the return: “We are very pleased to be back in Brussels, connecting our hub with one of Europe’s major political centers. Our new service allows customers to arrive refreshed and ready for the day, whether in Brussels or Hong Kong.”

Earlier this year, the airline introduced services to three new European destinations, while flights to Rome and Munich commenced in June.

A Comfortable Way to Fly
The Hong Kong-Brussels route will utilize the Airbus A350-900, which provides a state-of-the-art flying experience with fully flat beds in Business Class and spacious seating in Premium Economy. All passengers can enjoy highly rated inflight entertainment and high-speed Wi-Fi, with complimentary Wi-Fi access available for Business Class travelers and Cathay Diamond members.
