The Board of Directors of Club Med Holding is pleased to announce the appointment of Stéphane Maquaire as the President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Based on the recommendation of Henri Giscard d’Estaing, the rigorous succession and evaluation process has identified Maquaire as uniquely qualified to lead the company into a new phase of profitable growth, while preserving the French identity central to the brand.

During his tenure, Maquaire will guide the company in seizing new opportunities in the dynamic travel and hospitality landscape. He brings extensive experience from Carrefour, where he served as Executive Director for Brazil and Latin America, and exemplifies the ideal leader for Club Med’s next chapter.
