John Dory Seafood Market opened on July 15 at The Market Island in Dubai Festival City Mall, just ahead of its grand opening scheduled for July 25.
The establishment reveals the region’s first sustainable head-to-tail seafood ecosystem, which encompasses every meal stage from sourcing and import to in-house processing and retail. This model ensures diners enjoy unmatched freshness, quality, and value. According to Co-founder and CEO Arseni Tsiusiunnik, “We’re not just launching a restaurant: we’re building a seafood ecosystem. The true taste of seafood begins at the source with the origin of the fish and every subsequent step.” He explains that their tuna is carefully sourced from the Seychelles and their sea bass and sea bream come exclusively from Greece.

John Dory Seafood Bar: A casual dining experience focused around open-fire grilling, presenting a menu with options ranging from king crab croquettes (AED 100) to fresh oysters starting from AED 10.
