As Chiva-Som Hua Hin celebrates its 30th anniversary in holistic wellness, it has announced a unique collaboration with Guinness World Record holder and ultra-marathon champion Natalie Dau, along with acclaimed yoga practitioner Dawn Sim.
These renowned experts will be leading a complimentary four-day wellness program for guests at the resort from August 26th to 29th. This comprehensive program will include strength training, functional fitness, yoga, immersive sound healing, breathwork, and empowering discussions on wellness. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore their personal paths toward resilience and vitality.
With limited spots available, the program offers a rare chance to gain insights from leading wellness figures in an inviting environment.
Focus on Women’s Health
This unique collaboration emphasizes women’s health, particularly during transitions like perimenopause and menopause. Throughout the event, Dau and Sim will conduct a joint panel alongside Chiva-Som’s naturopath, Patience Sangwa, to discuss women’s health through various life stages, providing empowering tools for both body and mind.
Participants are promised enriching experiences that foster empowerment and education in physical, mental, and emotional health.
